Meerkat CX is an innovative omnichannel solution designed to improve customer experience in the ISP and WISP markets. My contribution was key to supporting the expansion of the brand to the United States, highlighting it in a competitive market. We designed the booth for international events, where each element communicated Meerkat CX's value proposition: an approach focused on effective connection and comprehensive customer experience.

Additionally, we worked on branding development, including strategic adjustments to the logo, communications, and web presence. From conceptualizing the approach to executing on key events, our work helped position Meerkat CX as a relevant player in the North American market, increasing brand recognition and attracting strategic partners.
