Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

This privacy policy explains how Vega Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit vega-studio.com or contact us through the site. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about our practices.

1. Who we are

Vega Studio is operated by Francisco Vega. Our contact email is fran@vega-studio.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect data in two ways:

Data you provide directly: When you submit the contact form on our site, we collect the information you enter — name, work email, company, role, team size, company stage, and your message. This data is transmitted via Web3Forms to our email inbox and is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Data collected automatically: Like most websites, we use analytics tools that automatically collect certain information when you visit the site. This includes your IP address (anonymised), browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URL. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising targeting.

3. Cookies and tracking tools

We use the following tools, each of which may set cookies or collect behavioral data:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — operated by Google LLC. GA4 tracks site traffic, page views, and user behavior in aggregate. Data is processed on Google's servers and may be stored in the United States. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. To opt out of GA tracking, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Microsoft Clarity — operated by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to help us understand how visitors use the site. It does not collect personally identifiable information. Microsoft's privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com.

By continuing to use this site, you consent to the use of these tools in accordance with this policy. If you do not wish to be tracked, please use your browser's privacy mode or an appropriate browser extension.

4. How we use your data

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent, and we do not share your data with third parties except as described in section 3 above (analytics providers) or as required by law.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention settings of each provider (typically 14 months for GA4).

6. Your rights (GDPR & applicable law)

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted via encrypted connections. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites (such as Google Calendar for booking). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
