Home Solution

Home-services marketplace, LatAm
In-house growth role

Cost per sale fell about 21% while Home Solution expanded across the Southern Cone and LatAm.

Casablanca Polo

Fashion retail
In-house marketing role

Revenue grew 20% in under a year while Fran led marketing at Casablanca Polo.

Per Fran's records. This was an in-house role, not an outside engagement, so the result is not attributed to advice.

Project 54
04

Project 54 · Go-to-market

For Project 54 we built the go-to-market of an AI-native agency.

We ran market segmentation and competitor research, defined the value proposition, built acquisition and sales frameworks and a channel strategy, and designed the AI-enabled service. We describe the work, not an outcome: no results figures are published for this engagement.

Anca Goron

Brand and speaker positioning
Our first client

For Anca Goron, our first client, we rebuilt the brand and positioned Anca as a conference speaker.

We rebranded and created the brand, helped create and establish Brain AI Manifesto in Paris, and acted as Anca's main marketing partner. We describe the work, not an outcome: no results figures are published for this engagement.

AVA Research

Neuroscience and art initiative
Brand positioning

For AVA Research we took a technical concept to a public cultural initiative.

Positioning and brand work, with a brand book v1.0 (May 2025), and a launch event with 300+ attendees and 100+ volunteer registrations. These are event outputs, not commercial results: no leads or revenue are claimed.

NY Urban

Commercial real estate finance
US finance platform

For NY Urban we are rebuilding the digital layer of an institutional origination platform so the lending story is legible before the first call.

The platform originates across NY, NJ, CT and FL. At that scale the constraint is not lead volume, it is whether the institutional proposition reads clearly to the counterparty. That is the layer we are rebuilding. This describes the platform, not revenue generated by Vega Studio.

CityPooling
08

CityPooling · Mobility

For CityPooling we set the B2B institutional strategy and, since September 2026, run the team's marketing operating system.

From December 2025 we proposed the B2B institutional thesis (closed communities and paid pilots over commission-only deals), supported enterprise prospecting and the Austral campus launch, and in September 2026 installed a weekly operating system with one role and one metric per person and a trip-tracking board. The company's own data shows 51 completed trips in the nine months before our first contact and 159 since. The founders drove that growth and the institutional sponsorship; we do not claim them. Campus trips peaked in August and fell in September, and the effect of the operating system is still being measured.

Klimber
09

Klimber · B2B fintech, a MetLife company

For Klimber we ran the digital advertising of a B2B fintech, a MetLife company. Demand outgrew the commercial system behind it.

We ran its Meta and LinkedIn campaigns: campaign structure, a creative pipeline and a repeatable way to launch, measure and learn each month. Paid media and branding generated more demand than the client could handle, with no commercial system behind it.

Clickexperts

White-label enterprise CRM
Banking · Healthcare · Real estate

For Clickexperts we are the adoption and deliverability practice behind their enterprise accounts, under their brand.

Platform adoption, deliverability and retention consulting delivered white label in front of banking, healthcare and real estate accounts. The end client experiences one team. We are the strategy layer inside it.

Mercado Ads

AdTech, via Edelman
LatAm regional

For Mercado Ads we aligned one B2B story across several Latin American markets at once.
